Return and Refund Policy
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to returning merchandise so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Full price, new items are returnable for full refund within 7 days of when the item is delivered to you. The returned item(s) must arrive back at Duo within 14 days of purchase or the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Full price items that are discounted using a promo or coupon code, but are regularly full price, are returnable for full refund within 7 days of when the item is delivered to you. Sale items (items that we have discounted permanently and appear under the Sale tab) are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns must be made within 7 days from the arrival date of your item(s).
Our gently worn items purchased online are returnable within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.The returned item(s) must arrive back at Duo within 14 days of purchase or the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Gently worn items purchased in the store are final sale and are not eligible for a return. Items purchased through our Poshmark handle, @shopduo101, are final sale per Poshmark's return policy.
All merchandise, both new and gently worn, must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. There are no returns on any monogrammed or personalized products. If any item is returned damaged, without original tags, visibly worn, or having makeup stains, a refund will not be given and the item will be sent back to you.
Due to our boutique size and limited inventory, it is possible that an item may go out of stock in the store before we are able to fulfill your online order. We try hard to prevent this, but we are only human and occasionally this does occur. When it does, we will let you know immediately and will refund your payment in full.
At your request, Duo will email you a USPS Economy Shipping label for the item(s) you'd like to return. We do not provide return labels for any service other than USPS. Please package your item carefully. Duo is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If you would like to make an exchange, please notify us of the item you would like to exchange for, and we will hold that item for 5 days. Once we receive your return, we will call you with the exact shipping amount and any balance due for the item.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact Duo immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
