1. What is the shipping policy?
All orders will ship no later than the next business day (excluding custom orders). We ship through USPS unless you choose another option. Outside of promotional free shipping periods, USPS standard shipping is $4.95 for any order under $49, and free for any order $49 or above. If you need a faster shipping option, please choose from our other options, noting that faster shipping options have higher shipping fees. 2. Does Duo ship outside of the United States?
We always welcome orders from outside the United States, however they will be subject to an additional shipping fee, and possibly customs and importation costs. Please contact us at at email@example.com if you have any questions.

4. How can I determine if something will fit me?
Every brand and style has its own fit. However, we try to make judging fit easier with measurements of each garment. Here's a description of exactly how and where we measure. Please email us if you need additional information on a specific garment or how it may fit. We're happy to send more measurements or pictures that might be helpful.
5. Will Duo donate to my philanthropy/charity?
Yes, Duo is glad to consider donating gift cards to events hosted by local non-profit organizations in our community. Please submit your donation request at least 2 weeks in advance of the date of your event along with your philanthropic cause and tax identification number.
